Maintenance

Painting and cleaning of all suites takes place prior to move-in.

Yes, we have full time maintenance staff on site

You can use the tenant portal complete a maintenance request. Our team will be in contact within 24 hours to schedule an appointment at a time that best suits your schedule.

No. You do not need to be present unless we or you specifically request it.

We have 24 hour concierge available to assist you.

You can. We do request that nuetral colours be used, that the home be returned to a primed/paintable state upon your departure.

Amenities

We offer a pool, hot tub, and sauna. A pet spa, a demonstration kitchen, fitness centre, and beautifully landscaped outdoor patio overlooking Lake Ontario.

The pool and spa area are open from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM.

Yes. We offer heated underground parking for a fee.

Each suite offers its own full sized washer and dryer.

Yes. We are pet friendly.

We are located on the Oakville waterfront, with numerous parks right outside your front door.

Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Washer and Dryer all come standard.

No. We do not offer furnished apartments.

We offer one year leases only.

We use Premier Suites as a third party to facilitate corporate leases.

Yes. Our concierge will accept parcels on your behalf.

No. You can take a tour free of charge at any time.

Depending on the complexity of the application we can typically approve within 24 hours.

You will be required to pay first and last months rent.

You can pay by cheque, debit in our office, bank draft or credit card (with a processing fee). You can also set up automatic payment with your bank.

There are no monthly fees outside of your rent. With the exception of select resident events that come with fees should you choose to attend.

We require all residents to carry sufficient resident insurance for personal property and public liability.

Heat is included with your rent.

Our team will help you set up your water service. You are free to choose an electricity and wifi vendor of your choice.

You are able to select your own service provider.
